MxN Middle East FZ-LL supplies Self Service Kiosk Technology through its Partnership with Metallic Equipment Technologies EST. to the Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi

MxN Middle East announced that it has just completed the supply of self service Kiosks through its Partnership with Metallic Equipment Technologies EST. to the Department of Transport in Abu Dhabi. The kiosks features two options for customers visiting DOT. One is a list of services provided and required processes, documents and fees while the other is a satisfaction survey that allows customers to provide instant feedback on their experience. The Kiosks are remotely managed and updated using the Coolsign Software Platform.
‘In today's Digital world, solutions like the one we have recently supplied to DOT will increasingly become the norm. We provided them with a full turn key solution including the hardware, content and technical support.’ said Fayez Kahale, Managing Director of METECH.
'The Self Service Kiosks are the first of its kind to be rolled out at DOT. Customers were asked to complete a short survey about their experience and satisfaction but are also provided with the opportunity of a Self Service Information Kiosk in both Arabic and English. We developed the content and surveys for this solution and used the Coolsign Software Platform to allow for remote management and updating due to a combination of new and existing features in the CoolSign platform.'' said Raad Raad, Managing Director of MXN.
